Benign Recurrent Vertigo: This vertigo is very similar to Meniere's disease, except that there is no ear problem. Compared with vestibular migraine, there is no headache problem. This vertigo was listed as a subtype of Meniere's disease in the past. The current view is that it may develop partly into vestibular migraine and partly into Meniere's disease, which is a type of benign vertigo.
